All orders are processed within 8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

- GLS: Home delivery (1-2 business days from dispatch)
- MPL: Home delivery or Post Point (2-3 business days from dispatch)
- Foxpost: Automated parcel lockers or home delivery (2-3 business days from dispatch)
To EU countries (Hungary excluded)
- Shipping rate and expected shipping time is displayed when the customer enters the delivery address.
3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

5. DAMAGES
DeCoral shop is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the damage is not reported immediately. If you receive your order damaged, please take a photo and ask the courier for a damage report (jegyzőkönyv) before accepting the package. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
