Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at DeCoral shop.

In accordance with European Union and Hungarian consumer protection laws (Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.)), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement:

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The items are returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
• The items are in their original packaging.
• The items are not damaged or used beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (e.g., earrings, cosmetics, undergarments).
• Sealed audio or video recordings or computer software which were unsealed after delivery.

The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated or if the product is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

• Timeline: We will carry out the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
• Withholding: We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
• Method: We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

In case of a lack of conformity or defective goods, Hungarian law provides specific warranty rights. Please contact us immediately at info@decoral.hu if the product you received is faulty or damaged.
